Between September 29 and October 2, 2026, researchers from Civitas University, Dr Omoye Akhagba and Dr Monika Nowicka, conducted a seminar visit to the ICCV in Bucharest. The visit provided an opportunity to meet with Romanian colleagues at the Institute.

On September 30, a seminar was held during which the research project and the preliminary findings from interviews conducted with Ukrainian refugees in Warsaw and Bucharest were presented. The seminar concluded with a fruitful discussion that generated inspiring ideas for further analysis.

The following day of the visit was devoted entirely to a working meeting of the MIGRAEDU research team. During the meeting, the team discussed the seminar's outcomes, planned the next stages of data analysis and research activities, and outlined future publication plans.
